Add the manufacturer, Microsoft, which does NOT provide full support whether through e-mail or by phone (you'll get a 90-days-free-trial-support from the point when you contact the technician but first, they need your product id and since I can't even download Windows XP, how the bloody hell do they expect me to get the product id which you can only obtain when you go to control panel and then system.) unless you pay them a sum of money, into the equation and you get a whole lot of trouble brewing, or in this case, unsolved.
